Sale of our biogas installations outside Ukraine is not absolutely economically expedient, as about 30 % of operations are executed in place of mounting. Besides we so have developed our production technology to use details and units which are manufactured and is on sale almost in any country of the world. Therefore there is no need to contact customs and tax procedures by transportation material assets abroad.
We offer large foreign customers simply to purchase our production technology, and to manufacture biogas installations independently in the necessary quantity. We shall grant all necessary engineering specifications and we send the expert for learning of staff and manufacturing of a pre-production mode of biogas installation. Also we shall assist to pick up aboriginal suppliers of details and units of biogas installation.
We sell the technology not for exclusive use, however this question can stipulate. Cost of our technology under such circumstances - contractual, with an obligatory advance payment of a part of a total sum of the contract and final settlement after fulfilment of all operations.
As production of biogas installations on our technology assumes carrying out of the essential of operations on platform of the end user we offer bunches of engineers, teams of assemblers opportunity to earn. If such collectives have a circle of potential customers and are capable to carry out installation, utility and warranty service of biogas installation they can conclude with us the agreement on buying of semiproducts of biogas installations of our construction for their subsequent installation at the end user.
Together with ready for mounting biogas installation they will receive a kit of the necessary documentation and specific costs. Concrete requirements of cooperation are a subject to the mutual discussion.
If you have suitable producing capacities (shop from 40 square meters, a depot, the three-phase power supply, metalwork tools, a lathe, a welding apparatus, etc., and also experts for operation), and also a circle of potential customers we can organize on the basis of your producing capacities production of biogas installations on our technology by making joint venture, or under the agreement for joint activity. In that case, the profit on sale of the biogas installations made on your capacities is divided between us according to the contribution to the Authorized capital or contractual requirements.
